I do. It sucks. Why can't I just stuff myself with pizza and ice cream everyday and be 120 pounds? haha.

loosing weight and getting fit while remembering my mantra.
What got me started on my journey, was simply reading! I read blogs, message boards, chatted with those who would listen, which to be honest my husband and friends are tired of the diet talk (suckers)! You can do it! And yes, Dieting is NOT fun, but once you get going, and feel more in control, it gets lots lots easier.
